Bert GoldbergInternational Factoring Association
David Rains and Commercial Finance Consultants were an invaluable help to Sallyport Commercial Finance as we formed our startup specialty finance business in 2014. Sallyport was an outsider to the factoring industry when we first met David, and through consultations with FactorHelp, we received wonderful education and instruction on how factors work. David helped demonstrate what good deal structuring and company policies looked like. Most importantly though, Commercial Finance Consultants, the strategic partner of FactorHelp, he matched Sallyport with a world class management team that built a fast-growing and profitable business in a very short time period.

On a more specific note, David was always fun to work with and he always delivered what he promised. He returned our calls promptly and he went above and beyond what was expected.
